Nobody can say how many people reached out, who was contacted, or what happened next.
Every lead goes through the same four steps. You approve the rules in writing.
Each web form, missed call or old estimate is followed up the same way, under rules you approve.
We check each lead against the rules you set.
Good-fit leads go on your calendar, following your booking rules.
You see who was contacted, who replied and what got booked.
We turn people who already asked about your work into booked appointments. We start with one service. Two more are planned.

Planned. A consistent response to every new inquiry, with qualification and routing to the right person. Unusual cases will go to a person, not a script.
Planned. Marketing for new inquiries, added once your follow-up process is working. No bought lists, cold calls or cold texts.
Lead sites sell you new leads. Agencies sell you marketing. We start with people who already asked you about a job.
Lead sites and agencies
On lead sites, the same job request can go to several shops.
Preflight Client
We work your own past leads and old estimates, where you have permission to contact them. Your records stay yours.
Lead sites and agencies
Pay-per-lead sites charge for each lead, even when you do not win the job.
Preflight Client
You pay for work set out in your written agreement. A performance fee, if you choose one, is only for an appointment that took place.
Lead sites and agencies
On lead sites, the site decides which bad leads get credit. That credit often goes toward more leads.
Preflight Client
Every appointment we charge for will have a record. You can dispute a charge. If the evidence does not back it, it is removed or credited back.
Lead sites and agencies
Some agencies ask for a year-long contract. Your website and ad accounts may not be fully yours until it ends.

No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee any number of leads, appointments, sales or revenue. We do not answer live calls, handle emergencies, or call or text your prospects, and we send no automated calls or texts. One lead source and one process you approve, with clear rules for which leads fit and how they book. A weekly report and a review at the end.
$1,000–$2,500+ per month
We set up and watch your follow-up process each month and report on it. Ad spend, outside software and custom work are priced separately.
$50–$150 per verified attended appointment

We are new, so there are no client case studies yet. We will build them from real, checked records. Business owners deserve evidence, not inflated promises.
Each report counts every step on its own: contacted, replied, qualified, booked, showed up, sold. We credit revenue to our work only with your records and a method we agree on first.
